I specialize in pre-college voices to adults. Languages covered include German, Italian, French, English, Latin, and Hungarian, if desired. Strong voice-building techniques are introduced and steadily imparted that focus on a simple, yet affective "speech-to-singing" approach, while incorporating the use of many healthy voice methods that include Delle Sedie, Lamperti and Marchesi. A strong concentration is placed on body alignment, ease and strength of breath control and holistic physical and artistic connections. Various performance practices and movement skills are employed to encourage maximum characterization and expression.

I have taught at many reputable institutions over the past several years that include the University of Calgary, the University of Lethbridge, Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada and the University of Minnesota. Most recently, I was employed as part-time adjunct professor of voice at Anoka Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids, MN where I instructed group voice classes and individual lessons.
