Largest number of students are high school age but have numerous advanced singers of opera and oratorio, who have studied steadily for more than 30 years. One student has performed a lead role with Goodspeed Opera House and gone on to NYU on scholarship. Another began at age 6 and remained until this year and enjoys a scholarship at Hartt School of Music, specializing in coloratura roles. Three annual recitals are a mix of musical theater, opera, lieder and pop songs, closing with all students performing Wilhousky's "Battle Hymn of the Republic" with added percussion. Featured a tribute to songwriters Livingston & Evans last season, performing a dozen of their famous award-winning songs, plus duets and arias from opera.

I am a Broadway Veteran and classically trained. I specialize in musical theater and classical vocal training and technique for singers, actors and dancers. My students have appeared on Broadway, in television and film, and have been recoginzed by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, Rosa Ponselle, Amici and the Metropolitan Opera regional competitions. My B'way credits include: 'Sugar Babies' w/Ann Miller & Mickey Rooney, 'Women of the Year' w/Lauren Bacall, 'Chicago' w/Chita, Rivera and 'Whoopee' w/Imogene Coca. Night Club/Concert work at: Atlantic City Sands Hotel and Harrah's Marina w/Sammy Davis Jr. and Joan Rivers, and Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos w/Ben Vereen and Jennifer Holiday.
