I have many students who do leads in high school musicals, get 1's at District and State Solo Ensemble festivals, many go on to college and major in vocal performance, a couple have moved on to NY, LA and pursuing careers. Some just come to learn and continue to grow in voice for themselves and only sing in local church choirs, soloist at weddings, local church services, or at funerals, etc. - I have been teaching for 10 years now and judge alot of competitions in the area - help in vocal technique, correct breathing, and good diction, support and smooth legato singing and enjoyment of performing and helping with control of nerves. I prepare them for auditions too.

I have room for new students at the moment - 12 and up and teach in Muskegon area also on Sat. and from my home in GR during the week. So I can teach any where in Western MI area - and music is one of my passions and it is wonderful to pass on what I have learned and since I was a professional singer I can share alot about the career, auditions, agents, competitions, etc.
